Activity Sessions
01、Icebreaker at the beginning of the camp
Game introduction: Every 15-20 people form a team, introduce themselves, complete the captain, team name, team motto, team song and team logo and display them respectively.

02、Steel rope at height

03、Process management

04、Tug-of-war
Game introduction: Draw 2 straight lines on the ground for the river boundary. After the referee blows the whistle, both sides pull the rope together, and the team that pulls the sign belt over the river boundary of the team is the winning team.

05、Together build a tower
Game introduction: we all pull the rope head together to control the movement of the tower hook, use the tower hook to lift a piece of tower and build a model according to the distributed task book.

06、Steal the sky trap
Game description: All teams send their players to cross a blocked space simulating infrared light head-on, no detour, wear blindfolds during the process of passing and pass through the designated area as soon as possible within the specified time constraints of the rules. Other team members not sent shall not enter the area of the sky-stealing trap.

07、Flipping the leaf
Game description: Before the leaf is successfully flipped, every three minutes, one person is blinded (or unable to speak) by poisoning, which is decided by the team itself. The whole process is standing on the leaf and includes discussion.

08、Team Code
Game description: The team captain of each team will go to the coach to get the task and convey the task and rules. During the formal operation of the project, the team captain will be in the operation area as an observer. Team members will go in turn and turn out the correct cards in order according to each round of the task, and the team with the shortest time wins.
The purpose is to build a sense of mutual trust in the team and to improve communication and collaboration skills.
09、Dueling sands
Game description: Each group of employees play three roles, one commander, one chief of staff, the rest are soldiers. The commander faces the battlefield, can see the battlefield scene, but can not speak, can only do some physical movements. The chief of staff sits on a stool with his back to the battlefield and cannot see the battlefield, but can see the commander's movements and command the soldiers on the battlefield by describing the commander's body language. Soldiers cannot speak with blindfolds on. Within the designated battlefield area, the soldiers on the field, under the joint unified command of the commander and the chief of staff, pick up the shells around the mines and kill all the soldiers on the other side to be victorious.

10、Mad Market
Game description: 30 cards with patterns, each team has three chances to enter the field to collect the number information. When collecting card information, only 1 team member is allowed to move inside the circle and other team members are only allowed to have verbal help outside the circle. Within 60 seconds, the corresponding card was collected and submitted to the coach for confirmation, and the challenge was completed if it was accurate.

11、Wall of victory
Game description: All teams go over a smooth wall in the specified time, in this process, everyone can not use any outside tools, including: clothes, belts, ropes, etc.. The only resources that can be used are each person's body.
In order to let employees understand the relationship between individual goals and team goals, only when the team gets a victory can there be a real victory.
Food session
"Only food and dreams can't be disappointed", for the Dongdayang "foodies", how can the group build without the addition of food. The cooking process also brought everyone closer together, and we all worked together to complete a number of dishes, including barbecue, broth and dumplings. The food and the scenery complemented each other and added to the memories of everyone. The food cooked through cooperation not only satisfied everyone's taste buds, but also brought the warmth of a big family to everyone.
Perfect Closing
Establishing team spirit is a long-term task, which requires the joint efforts of all colleagues in the company. Through this group building activity, Xi'an Dongdayang cultivated the teamwork awareness of employees, eliminated the gap between colleagues, increased the cohesion of employees, and deepened the recognition of employees to the team in the game by teaching and having fun.
