Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce in the "proposal on vigorously developing industrial Internet to help Shenzhen manufacturing enterprises to the global middle and high end" suggested that the introduction of policies to stimulate the industrial Internet private manufacturing head enterprises to lead, the formation of resource-sharing development alliance, targeting the industrial Internet edge intervention, application development, specialized platform construction and other key technologies and important equipment for joint research.

In 2021, the general public budget revenue originating from the jurisdiction of Shenzhen achieved 111.1 billion yuan, an increase of 13.5% over 2020. Fiscal revenue is a barometer of economic development, and the achievement is not easy under the multiple impacts of the severe international situation, the new crown pneumonia epidemic, the sharp rise in raw materials, and the setback in the supply chain.
