The company was acquired and held by Dongdayang  Holding Group Limited in August 2020. The registered capital of the company is 25 million RMB, with professional contracting enterprise qualification of ready-mixed concrete (regardless of grade).

The company has three advanced Sany concrete production lines, which are qualified to produce multi-grade grade concrete (C15-C60), with an annual production capacity of about 2 million cubic meters of ready-mixed concrete.
